Shipping Policy

Orders can be shipped to any location in Canada as well as picked up. We are currently based in Hidden Creek NW Calgary. When placing your orders, kindly suggest if you would like your order shipped or if you would prefer to pick up.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our products are carefully hand created and crafted based on orders. We do not offer any returns unless product is defective. If by any chance you receive a defective product, kindly reach out immediately (here) with proof or details of supposed 'defectiveness' to reach a resolve. In the event of any such returns, product must be returned 'unused' and in its 'original packaging' to qualify for either a full refund or an exchange.

Exchanges are allowed within the 48 hrs window when your order is placed. If after placing your order you have a change of mind regarding colour, style or length of ponytail, kindly send an email immediately to request an exchange. Once product has been shipped, no exchange is possible.

Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed immediately, however there is a 48hrs window for cancellation or exchanges. If order is cancelled within the 48hrs window, payment would be refunded within 24hrs. If cancellation is requested after 48hrs, full payment would not be refunded. In the event of 'an act of God' or 'unusual circumstances', with evidentiary proof to back up your claim, only a 50% refund would be processed. To cancel, click here
